At High Life Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality products and offer a warranty covering manufacturing defects according to the following conditions:

✅ Warranty Scope

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural defects in wood or metal

  • Defects in internal joints or welds

⏳ Warranty Period

  • Wooden structures: Two years

  • Metal structures: Two years

  • Upholstery (fabric, leather, padding): One year

The warranty period begins from the date of product receipt.

❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Misuse or improper handling

  • Scratches, normal wear and tear, or discoloration over time

  • Direct exposure to sunlight, heat, or humidity

  • Use of unsuitable cleaning materials

  • Natural variations in materials

  • Damage resulting from transport or installation by a third party

  • Provide the purchase invoice

  • Send photos or a video illustrating the defect

  • A response will be provided within 7 business days
