Payment and Delivery Policy – High Life Furniture

At High Life Furniture, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience through clear and organized policies that ensure the ease of payment and delivery processes, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and product safety.

First: Payment Policy

  • Orders are confirmed after a down payment of at least 35% of the product value displayed on the website is made.

  • At least 70% of the total order value must be paid before shipping.

  • The customer can pay the remaining percentage (30%) before receiving the order.

  • Several payment methods are available, including:

    • Cash payment

    • Electronic payment

    • Installment plans according to available offers

  • The down payment can be made at our showrooms.

  • If installments are chosen, the customer is bound by the terms and conditions of the financing entity, and the company assumes no responsibility for contracts with those entities.

  • Any additional fees for delivery or installation (if applicable) are agreed upon in advance and borne by the customer.

  • If the customer delays receiving the order, a storage fee of 1% per day of the order value will be charged, until the down payment value is exhausted, after which the company has the right to consider the order canceled.

Second: Delivery and Receipt Policy

  • Manufacturing time ranges from 15 to 21 business days.

  • Shipping time is approximately up to 4 business days.

  • Delivery is only up to the second floor, provided there are suitable and safe conditions for transport.

  • If the location is above the second floor or difficult to access, the customer must provide a lifting device (crane) at their own expense.

  • The order is considered delivered once it is received outside the delivery vehicle.

  • The company is not responsible for damages resulting from:

    • The use of external lifting devices

    • Or unsuitable delivery locations

  • Assistance with coordinating lifting services may be provided only in major cities, without any obligation or legal responsibility.

Third: Important Notes

  • The customer must inspect the product upon receipt and ensure it conforms to specifications and is free from defects.

  • Receiving the product without expressing remarks is considered final approval of its condition.

  • Any visible damage must be reported immediately before the delivery team leaves.

  • Postponing or changing the delivery date may result in additional fees (reshipment or storage).
