✅ Return Eligibility

A return request may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered product significantly differs from the description or images displayed on the website.

  • The customer receives a color different from the one ordered.

  • A completely different product is delivered.

  • The product dimensions differ by more than ±2% from the stated specifications.

  • The product has manufacturing defects or visible damage upon delivery.

  • Essential parts are missing and cannot be provided afterward.

⏰ Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.

  • Any shipping-related damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.

💰 Customer-Initiated Returns

If the customer chooses to return the product for reasons other than those covered by this policy:

  • A 15% administrative fee will be deducted from the total order value.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both the original delivery and the return shipment.

🎨 Custom Orders

For custom-made or customized products (such as changes in color, dimensions, or special specifications):

  • A 35% deduction will be applied to the total order value.

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

💳 Refund Processing

Refunds for payments made by bank card will be processed within 14 business days after the return request has been approved.

  • Custom-made products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

  • This policy is governed by the applicable consumer protection laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
