✅ Return Eligibility

A product return can only be requested in the following cases:

  • A significant difference exists between the received product and the description or images displayed on the website.

  • Receipt of a different color than the one ordered.

  • Receipt of a product completely different from the order.

  • Dimensions differ by more than ±2% from the stated specifications.

  • Presence of manufacturing defects or visible damage upon receipt.

  • Missing essential parts that cannot be supplemented later.

⏰ Return Conditions

  • Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be unused and in its original, complete condition.

  • Any shipping damage must be reported immediately upon receipt.

💰 Customer-Initiated Returns

  • 15% of the total order value will be deducted as administrative fees.

  • The customer bears the full shipping costs (to and from).

🎨 Customized Orders

  • 35% of the value of custom-designed orders (such as changes in color, size, or special specifications) will be deducted.

  • The customer bears the full shipping costs.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Payments made via cards will be refunded within 14 business days from the date of approval of the request.

❗ Important Notes

  • Custom-designed products for the customer cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • This policy is subject to the consumer protection laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
